應(yīng)用

通用谷物分選機(jī)主要用于對(duì)谷類、豆科、谷類作物、油菜等谷物和種子的初、初、二次清洗。

本機(jī)用于生產(chǎn)線上的空氣篩分離器，可提供糧食或種子。

設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)

-分離器將顆粒物質(zhì)流分離成3 - 7個(gè)餾分;

-模塊化吸塵系統(tǒng)，可提供各種修改:

p -初步，l -工業(yè)，s -種子清洗(圖1);

-篩面z形排列，可對(duì)物料進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確分選(圖2);

-允許通過重新排列接收托盤來(lái)改變篩板的功能用途。(圖3);

-驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)不需要調(diào)整(采用自動(dòng)張力裝置和齒輪馬達(dá))(圖4-5)。

APPLICATION

The universal grain separator is designed for preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of grain and seeds of cereals, leguminous, cereal crops and canola.

The machine is used as the air-sieve separator in production lines and providers food grains or seeds.

DESIGN FEATURES

-       separator provides separation of the grain material flow into 3 to 7 fractions;

-       modular aspiration system can be supplied in various modifications:

p – preliminary, l – industrial, s – seed cleaning (Drawing 1);

-       z-arrangement of sieve surfaces provides accurate sorting of the material (Drawing 2);

-       it is allowed to change the functional purpose of the sieve planes by rearranging the receiving trays. (Drawing 3);

-       drive mechanisms do not require adjustment (automatic tensioners and gear motors are applied) (Drawings 4-5).
